At the end of the week, my wife and I cried together at one of the sessions and realized that we still cared for each other and had hope for our future together, even though when we started the cruise we were on 2 different pages about many things. We really needed to get away with like-minded couples.
Exceeded expectations! The sessions & speakers were great content - prompted deep conversations between my spouse & me and also with our friends who were on board with us. The entertainment was fabulous. It was so uplifting to spend the week with thousands of believers and praising God together.
We were able to reconnect and experienced a renewing of our marriage that feels really good. It’s been years since we’ve been in a safe space and felt an unconditional love towards one another! The sessions were amazing, and we appreciate all the couples being open about their experiences.
It’s a blessing that we look forward to every year. It’s an investment that is worth every penny. We are always at different points in our marriage and God always has just the right material or person to put in front of us to make us better.
This was one of the best weeks of our 23-year marriage - the time to invest in our relationship was so rich & our relationship is in a better place than before & I have hope that this time has set us on a new trajectory in our walks w/ God & each other.
The LLYMI cruise is/was a time of rest, reconnecting and rejuvenation for us. We never had a honeymoon so this was like a honeymoon for us and the first time we had been away from our children for an extended period of time. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together, meeting new couples, worshipping with other couples & the beautiful ship. We can’t wait to come back again. Thank you LLYMI!!
We deeply enjoyed the main sessions, and we’re actually not frequent church-goers, so it was very welcoming and wholesome. It’s leading us into a deeper spirituality and more possibilities.
