What is the deadline to cancel my reservation?

  • If the cancellation is due to the vaccine requirement, you must notify us in writing by November 10, 2021.

With the recent vaccine requirement by Royal Caribbean, I’ve decided to cancel. What should I do?

 

How much will I be refunded if I cancel due to the vaccination requirement?

  • The amount refunded varies depending on the timing of the cancellation and the vaccination status of the couple (as self-identified during the reservation process). 
  • Canceling before November 10, 2021, because of the vaccine:
    • Selected “not vaccinated” or “prefer not to answer” on the reservation:
      •  Will receive everything minus a $32 per person booking fee ($64 per couple) and any other fees (such as a late payment fee, cabin change fee, or if you have a deferred fee from 2021).
    • Selected “vaccinated” on the reservation: 
      • Will receive everything minus their deposit, a $32 per person booking fee ($64 per couple), and any other fees (such as a late payment fee, cabin change fee, or if you have a deferred fee from 2021).
  • After November 10, 2021, all cancellations are subject to the cancellation fee schedule as outlined in our terms and conditions
